How to Cook Ribs like a Pro

The second thing that you should do is to season the ribs appropriately. Use the seasoning of your choice and taste. There are lots of seasonings and mixes to choose from that are available in the market. Instructions on how to mix are also included on the packaging. Therefore, it is a must that you read the label carefully before trying anything out. Apply a thin coating of seasoning liberally on the ribs. You can use honey mustards if you prefer your ribs to have a sweet taste. Apply the seasonings equally in all parts of the ribs. Once you have applied seasonings in equal amount, wrap the rib and refrigerate it for 48 hours.
After 2 days, you can now cook you ribs to perfection. Keep in mind to keep the temperature low and slow in the first step. You can cook your ribs via a cooker or you can choose the oven, instead. If you want to use a slow cooker to cook your ribs, you need to cut the ribs in small pieces first before cooking them in low temperature for at least 10 hours. If you prefer to use the oven, you will need to wrap the ribs with an aluminum foil and place it inside the roasting pan. Turn the temperature to 225 degrees and let it cook for 8 hours. To check if your ribs are completely done, you can use a thermometer to check for the desired temperature. Once the ribs are done, allow them to cool for a few minutes to make sure them seasonings are absorbed by the meat completely.
